Study Aswan
Day 1: Arrive in Luxor. Real Egypt Tours' representative will meet and assist you at Luxor International Airport and transfer you to your hotel in Luxor where you will over night.
Day 2: Edfu / Kom Ombo After breakfast you will check out from your hotel and we will drive to Aswan. On the way we will visit Edfu - the site of the Ptolemaic Temple of Horus which is the most completely preserved in Egypt and the Temples of Kom Ombo - the only double temple in Egypt dedicated to Horus and Sobek. Over night in Aswan
Day 3: Aswan After breakfast we will visit the Unfinished Obelisk - this was commissioned by Queen Hatshepsut but, due to a fault in the stone, was never finished. We will then visit the High Dam and the Temple of Philae. Return to your hotel and over night in Aswan.
Day 4: Aswan After breakfast we will drive to the Temple of Kalabsha - this temple is regarded as one of the best examples of Egyptian architecture in Nubia and was relocated after the High Dam was built. In the afternoon we will visit the Nubian Museum. Overnight in Aswan.
Day 5: Aswan After breakfast we will catch the motor boat to the Tomb of the Nobles situated in the West Bank of Aswan. From there you can spend a relaxing afternoon in the Botanical Gardens. Overnight in Aswan.
Day 6: Abu Simbel Early morning we will join the convoy and drive to Abu Simbel (some 280 Km away from Aswan) to visit Abu Simbel. To show his love to the world for Nefertari, Ramses II decided to offer her the most fabulous of gifts - Abu Simbel. The two temples were erected as symbols of their eternal love. Return to Aswan and overnight in Aswan.
Day 7: Aswan After breakfast we will catch the motor boat to the Elephantine Island. In the evening enjoy the Sound and Light Show at Philae Temple. Overnight in Aswan
Day 8: Luxor and Final Departure After breakfast we return to Luxor and final departure.
