Egypt Beauty
Cairo, Luxor - Cruise to Aswan, Abu Simbel and Cairo
Day 1: Arrive in Cairo. Real Egypt Tours representative will meet you at Cairo International Airport. You will then be transferred to your hotel where you will have dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Cairo After breakfast we will vist El Giza plateau, The Great Pyramids of the Old Kingdom of the Pharaohs, The Sphinx and the Solar Boat Museum. We will have lunch in Cairo and then visit the famous Cairo Museum which houses more than 120,000 objects of antiquity. After this we will visit the famous souk of Khan el Khalili. Dinner and overnight in Cairo.
Day 3: Luxor. After breakfast we transfer to Cairo International Airport and fly to Luxor. We will leave our luggage on our Nile Cruise ship and commence our tour, before the heat of the day, to Karnak Temple - the largest temple in the world - after that we will visit Luxor temple,-known as The Temple of the Three Civilizations. then back to the boat for lunch and dinner and overnight in Luxor.

Day 4. Luxor / Sail to Esna After breakfast on board we will visit the West Bank of Luxor, The Valley of the Kings, The Temple of Hatshepsut, Habou Temple and the Colossi of Memnon. We will return to the ship have lunch and enjoy the relaxation of sailing to Esna. Tea will be served on board; dinner and overnight in Edfou.
Day 5. Edfou / Kom Ombo After breakfast we will visit the best preserved temple of the falcon god Horus in Edfou. We will return to the boat and then sail to Kom Ombo. After lunch we will visit Kom Ombo temple - the only double temple in Egypt of Horus and Sobek. Back to the boat and we will the sail to Aswan. We will have dinner on board and overnight in Aswan.
Day 6. Aswan / Abu Simbel After breakfast we will drive to Abu Simbel. To show his love for Nefertari to the world, Ramses ll decided to offer her the most fabulous of gifts - Abu Simbel; at Abu Simbel two temples were erected as symbols of their eternal love. We then return to the boat and have lunch. In the afternoon (optional for those who are not too tired) we will relax sailing on a felucca on the Nile around the Botanical Gardens, the Aghakhan Mausoleum and the Elephantine Island - a most wonderful experience seeing the Herons and other wildlife on the riverbanks on the way. In the evening we will take a motor boat enjoy the fabulous Sound and Light Show at Philae Temple - one of the best in Egypt. We will the return to the boat, have dinner and overnight on the boat in Aswan.
Day 7. Aswan After breakfast we will check out from the boat (leaving our luggage in safe-keeping). We will visit the High Dam, The Old Dam, The Granite Quarries where you will see The Unfinished Obelisk commissioned by Queen Hatshepsut but due to the fact that there was a fault in the stone it was never finished - and the Temple of Philae. We will have lunch in Aswan and then an amazing tour by motor boat to a nearby Nubian Village - where you will be entertained by locals and have the chance to see crocodiles (optional). We will then return to Aswan collect our luggage and transfer to Aswan airport to fly to Cairo where we will overnight.
Day 8. Cairo / Final Departure After breakfast we will check out from the hotel (leaving our luggage) and visit the Citadel of Saladin and the Alabaster Mosque of Mohammed Ali. Time permitting for flights we will visit the famous restaurant of Nageeb Mahfouz in Khan el Khalili. We then collect our luggage and transfer to Cairo Airport for our final departure.
